About the Role:

Apple is seeking an experienced Partner Communications Manager to join its Marketing Communications (Marcom) team in India. The Marcom team is Apple’s global, creatively-driven marketing force, responsible for delivering engaging customer experiences across all platforms and touchpoints. This role will focus on creating and executing innovative marketing communications with and through Apple’s partners, ensuring the brand is presented in the most effective and inspiring ways within third-party digital and retail environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Partner Communications, Sales, Brand, Strategy, and Product Marketing teams to identify key business and partner opportunities.
  • Translate marketing and business goals into strategic communication plans and creative briefs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for India-originated campaigns, ensuring local market needs and insights are clearly communicated to the Worldwide Marcom team.
  • Oversee the entire creative and production workflow by collaborating with both internal departments and external agencies to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Align marketing communications with sales objectives through consistent cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide insights and retrospective analyses to optimize campaigns and future strategy.
  • Continuously refine and innovate Apple’s partner-led communications through thoughtful feedback loops and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communications.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing brand communication strategies.
  • Experience working in account management or strategy roles at advertising agencies or in-house marketing departments for global consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with channel marketing, including POS, retail campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
  • Strong grasp of omni-channel marketing and consumer behavior.
  • Experience working closely with creatives and managing integrated campaign development.
  • Outstanding project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in uncertain conditions and adjusting strategies dynamically.
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused with the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.
